RAW CARROT PASTA WITH RAW VEGGIE BALLS low fat
What you will need:
Different kinds of vegetables
To make the veggie balls you need to put any vegetables that you like in a blender. I put a bit of sweet potato, 1 onion, cauliflower, 2 cloves of garlic, dried oregano, black pepper and chili. Remember not to put too much onion! Blend. Squeeze as much liquid out as you can. Make them ball shaped.
Grate carrots the size you want. Smash tomatoes so you get the ‘spaghetti sauce’.
Now you have got a delicious dish! Not the best of all but at least it is nut free. Nuts are used the hell a lot in a raw vegan diet and they are important but they also contain lot of grease.
This morning I had non fat self-made raw banana ice-cream!
Put the frozen bananas in a blender and blend. You can also add frozen or fresh berries or peanuts/almonds.
This is the best raw thing you will ever taste! If you do not add anything else than banana it might not taste as luscious as if you did. Choose yourself, it will be great anyway! :)
